The former Formula One driver will replace 2013 AutoGP Champion Vittorio Ghirelli, who is taking a break.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have known Christian for some time and he has already been part of our AutoGP programme. He is in top shape and the RS01 should fit him perfectly\u201d team boss Michael Zele is delighted about renewing the partnership.<\/p>\n<p>This season, the 32-year-old racer has been competing in the FIA World Endurance and the Japanese Super GT championships.<\/p>\n<p>Klien, who will team up with Belgian Gentleman driver Philippe Bourgois, can use Saturday\u2019s Endurance Race to further accommodate to the French Supersportscar, in order to be all out attack in Sunday\u2019s Elite Sprint race.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am looking forward to re-joining Zele Racing and debut in their Renault Sport Trophy programme. The new Renault Sport R.S.01 is a really cool car, which is very close to the prototypes I have been working with recently.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoreover, Le Mans is an old school track I have had quite some success at.
