Driver Christoph von Gr\u00fcnigen showed good lap times during the qualifying session on the Red Bull Ring and easily qualified for the second stage of the session.<\/p>\n<p>However, instead of continuing to battle in the Top 4, he suffered from an exhaust failure on two cylinders. \u201cDue to the massive lack of power and in top speed, we had to abort Q2\u201d, team boss Michael Zele revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Since von Gr\u00fcnigen had to retire early, he dropped to P8 and will start into the first of Sunday\u2019s two races from row 4.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a pity, because the pace was there.
